EIMAIRIUS maintains Commercial General Liability insurance

Certificates of Insurance

For court rentals, delivery and setup services, and qualifying commercial events, EIMAIRIUS can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

Where applicable, a client organization may also request to be named as an Additional Insured for the duration of the applicable rental, event, or service period, subject to the terms and conditions of EIMAIRIUS’s insurance policy.

Purchased Courts

Once a court has been purchased, delivered, and accepted by the purchaser, the purchaser is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any property, equipment, liability, or other insurance coverage appropriate for their ownership and use of the court.

Nothing in this policy modifies or replaces the terms of the EIMAIRIUS Limited Warranty.

Participant Waivers

Individuals participating in EIMAIRIUS-operated events, demonstrations, trials, or other applicable activities may be required to sign a waiver and assumption of risk agreement before using the court.

Insurance Requests

Clubs, resorts, marinas, venues, event organizers, and other commercial partners may contact EIMAIRIUS to request insurance documentation or discuss specific insurance requirements.

Requests for Certificates of Insurance or Additional Insured status should be made prior to the applicable rental, delivery, setup, event, or service.
