Limited Warranty

EIMAIRIUS provides a one (1) year limited warranty on the inflatable pickleball court, beginning on the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal and proper use.

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, EIMAIRIUS will, at its sole option:

  • Repair the defective portion of the court; or
  • Replace the defective portion of the court.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper inflation, over-inflation, or under-inflation.
  • Damage caused by sharp objects, dragging, improper transportation, or improper storage.
  • Damage resulting from prolonged UV exposure, extreme weather, or environmental conditions.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
  • Damage occurring while the court is used on water if it is not properly anchored or is used in unsuitable conditions.
  • Normal wear and tear, fading, cosmetic issues, or other conditions that do not affect the structural function of the court.
  • Damage caused by third parties.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the provided care or operating instructions.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact EIMAIRIUS and provide:

  • Proof of purchase; and
  • A description of the issue.

EIMAIRIUS reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any repair or replacement.

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by EIMAIRIUS.

All other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EIMAIRIUS’s liability under this limited warranty will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Original Purchaser Only

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the court and is not transferable.
